The Estancia Club is member owned and has 325 full golf members (maximum).
We have adopted a market-based pricing program for our sellers, and memberships are available. Residents and non-residents may apply.
 

Market-Based Pricing Policy

Beginning January 1, 2009, The Estancia Club implemented the following policy:

Any Estancia member wishing to sell their membership may submit their Resale Price in writing to the Club prior to 5:00 pm the last day of a month. The price must be in increments of $1,000. The submitted price becomes effective the first day of the following month and is binding until modified or revoked in writing. It cannot be revoked if a sale has already been agreed upon. Members are able to change their price in writing during each month, and such change will be effective the first day of the next month.

The Club will sell from the Seller List based on the lowest Resale Price available. A prospective member may reserve a membership with an application and a refundable check for the purchase price. If the applicant is approved, pro-rated dues will be owed for the remainder of our fiscal year and will be posted to their first monthly statement. If the application is not approved, the Club will refund the full purchase price.

If more than one membership has the same Resale Price, they will be sold with priority given to seniority of membership tenure.

The Transfer Fee, subtracted from the Seller's proceeds, will be $30,000 or 20% of the selling price, whichever is greater.

This policy does not inhibit a member’s ability to sell their membership with a real estate transaction.
